About Us

Power Charged Consulting^® offers a broad range of Services (including training, coaching, facilitation, and mediation) to clients throughout the United States and the world. At the heart of all our services is our proprietary Power Charged™ system of effectiveness, which was developed based on extensive research on traits that distinguish successful individuals, groups, and organizations. Each of the twelve Power Charged Principles™ is supported by a set of training modules that are used to teach the Power Charged system in a lively, interesting, and fun manner.

Our Founder and President, Vinay Narang, is an expert in individual, group, and organizational effectiveness. He has a diverse background as a business executive and advisor, having previously worked in high-visibility roles at companies such as BusinessElite, Ernst & Young, Universal Studios, and Salomon Brothers. He has an MBA from Stanford University, and graduated from Claremont McKenna College with Summa Cum Laude and Valedictorian honors.
